PAYMENT POLICY:All payments through: PAYPAL (USD)I take half the payment up front and the other half when the commission is completed. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.

PROCESS:I can work off descriptions, but visual references are preferred.Updates will be sent at key stages (sketch, color, final). Please respond within 3 days to avoid delays.Once I have begun with your commission, you will receive a sketch for approval.Any major changes or revisions must be made at the sketch stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made to the pose or the character (a price for further edits may be discussed)Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work.No physical product will be delivered.

TIMEFRAME:Completion of commissions are generally estimated to take roughly 1 to 2 weeks (at most, 1 month).This is subject to change based on number of clients, or delay in communication with the client.I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my work, so please be patient.Rush Job: +20% of total priceIf there are any delays in completion of a commission, the client will be notified.If for any reason I cannot complete a commission, I will inform the client, and issue a full refund.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT:I retain full and exclusive rights to the artwork. The client may not claim it as their own.Commissioned art is for personal use only. The client may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so.Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORSREPOSTING:

REFUND POLICY:If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded is as follows:

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
